How to use

Cold therapy ❄️:

Step 1 - Place the cap in a fridge/freezer for up to 2 hours (recommended)

Step 2 - After cooling, remove cap from fridge/freezer.

Step 3 - Place the cap on your forehead, ensuring it covers your eyes and forehead area. 

Step 4- Leave the mask on your skin for 10-15 minutes (recommended). Don't freeze!

Heat therapy ♨️ :

Step 1 - Place in the microwave for 20-30 seconds on low power. Tip: Test out what works for you!

Step 2 - Carefully remove the mask from the microwave. Check the temperature - it should be warm but not hot.

Step 3 - Apply the warm mask to your forehead or another painful area. This is ideal for relieving muscle pain or bringing relaxation after a stressful day!
